ChatGum is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatGum disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChatGum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
